How do we recognize them? They work with passion, always „one face to the customer“. They act independently and give you feedback if things go wrong.

What if we don’t have that type of employee in our company?

Then your first task is to unleash those who are already there.

Teach them to be precise. Teach them to express their thoughts, without any fear.

Give them a beermat and tell them to jot down their concerns.

Encourage them to be as precise as possible – it´s like a total makeover for their minds.

Never forget: The brain is a muscle, too. If you don`t exercise it, it reduces ist workpower more and more.

And please tell your employees, that they are the key to success.
